Just as each patient’s hearing needs are different, the fitting process can vary quite a bit. We like to utilize an in-office demonstration before even talking about purchasing a device, because we want you to fully understand how your hearing aids will work in the real world.
At Scallan Hearing Aid & Audiology, we take a personalized approach toward the fitting process, and might suggest several follow up visits as we fine tune your device. If you’re a new hearing aid user, we will review everything you need to know about your new device, including understanding the battery life, how to maintain your device, and how to change the batteries. We also provide diagnostic services for existing devices.
Our goal is for you to have a satisfying experience with your new device, so we take the time to thoroughly discuss how to use your aids and cover appropriate expectations. We believe that the process should be viewed as auditory rehabilitation, which can require patience and teamwork.
Rest assured that Scallan Hearing Aid & Audiology offers a 30-day risk free trial for your new devices!
